WSCC Sleeper Plugin

Sleep in your own truck. Park, set the parking brake, shut the engine off, look back at the bed and press F9. The screen fades out ("You are getting some rest ..."), eight hours go by and you wake up rested, with your fatigue and mandatory-break timer reset. A clock runs forward on screen while you sleep, from the time you lay down to the time you wake up. WHAT YOU GET - Sleep right in the sleeper: no rest area needed, it works anywhere you can park. - Only sleeper trucks can sleep. Every truck counts as a sleeper unless its cab is named "day" or "daycab"; a day cab shows "No sleeper cab on this truck". Works with mod trucks. - Everything is adjustable in one small settings file: hotkey, sleep length, 12 or 24-hour clock, fade timing and the day-cab words. - Convoy friendly: the clock is shared in a convoy, so no time is skipped. You take a coffee break instead and your fatigue is cleared. HOW TO USE 1. Park, set the parking brake and turn the engine off. 2. Turn your head to look back at the bed. 3. Press F9. INSTALL 1. Close ATS. 2. Extract the zip and copy sleeper.dll into the game's bin\win_x64\plugins folder (create "plugins" if it is not there). Default Steam path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64\plugins 3. Start ATS and choose to allow the plugin the first time it asks. Full instructions and every setting are in the README inside the zip. GOOD TO KNOW - This is a plugin (a .dll), not a mod pack. It is not installed through the mod manager and it is not flagged as an optional mod. - It reads your newest save file on your own PC to tell day cabs from sleepers. Nothing is sent anywhere. - It is made for the game build it was tested on (ATS 1.61.3.1, Windows, Steam). After an ATS update it checks first and will not sleep if the game no longer matches; nothing breaks, and you get the updated version from your library for free. - The fade is a simple black overlay: visible in borderless / windowed mode, and sleeping works in fullscreen too even if you do not see the fade. - Windows SmartScreen or antivirus may flag any unsigned DLL downloaded from the internet. Right-click the zip, Properties, Unblock, before extracting. - Back up your saves before first use. Single player and convoy only; not for third-party multiplayer mods.
