Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can to run the shop. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.

What we keep

• Account: your email address, an optional name, and your password stored only as a one-way hash. We cannot read your password.
• Orders: which packs you bought or claimed, when, the version, the price paid, how many times you downloaded, and which giveaway codes you redeemed.
• Email settings: whether you want update emails, and a record of the emails we sent you.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card or bank details go to Stripe, not to us. We receive your email, the amount and whether the payment worked. Stripe also uses your billing address to work out sales tax.

Email

We email you only about your account: password resets and, if you leave it switched on, a notice when a pack you own is updated. Every update email has an unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off in My Library. Emails are sent through an email delivery service that sees the message and your address in order to deliver it.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

Where it is stored

The shop runs on our own server. The site may be delivered through Cloudflare, which handles web traffic for us and may process technical data such as IP addresses to do that. Backups of the shop's database are kept privately.

Our mods and your computer

Plugins such as Sleeper Nap run on your PC. They read your game files and newest save locally and do not send anything anywhere.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account for as long as it exists. We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account data at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account address. Deleting your account removes your library access.

Children

The shop is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too.
