These terms cover your use of WSCC Mods and the mods and plugins sold here. By creating an account or buying something you agree to them.

1. Who we are

WSCC Mods is run by Solbash. We sell downloadable mods and plugins for American Truck Simulator. See the contact page to reach us.

2. Your account

You need an account to buy or claim a pack. Keep your password private and use a real email address, because we send password resets and update notices there. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each pack's page. Payment is handled by Stripe. Sales tax or VAT is worked out and added at checkout where it applies. We never see or store your card number. Your order is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery and updates

Packs are digital downloads from your My Library. You can download each version a limited number of times (currently 5). When we post a new version of a pack you own, it appears in your library for free and the download count starts again.

5. Your licence

When you buy or claim a pack you get a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use it in your own copy of the game, in single player and convoy, and to show it in videos and streams of your gameplay. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, share your account or giveaway codes, or take the models, textures or code into other mods without written permission. The mods stay the property of Solbash.

6. Alpha software, game updates and your saves

Many packs are marked alpha and may have bugs. Mods and plugins are unofficial and depend on the game's own files, so a game update can stop them working until we release a fix. Plugins can refuse to run after a game update; that is on purpose, to keep your game safe. Please back up your saves before trying anything new. Packs are provided as they are, and we do not promise they will work with every other mod.

7. Giveaway codes

A code adds one pack to the library of the account that redeems it. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be switched off if they are abused or resold.

8. Not affiliated with SCS Software

WSCC Mods is an independent project. It is not made, endorsed or supported by SCS Software. American Truck Simulator and related names are trademarks of SCS Software. Do not ask SCS for support with our mods.

9. Closing accounts

We may close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing or reselling files. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost saves, lost game progress or other indirect damage caused by using a mod, and our total liability for any pack is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the shop after a change means you accept it.
