Refund policy

Mods and plugins from WSCC Mods are digital downloads, so we keep refunds simple and fair.

14-day refund

If you are not happy with a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. This covers a pack that does not work with your version of American Truck Simulator, does not do what its page says, or that you bought by mistake. Please contact us first when something does not work: most problems are a load-order or game-update issue that we can fix, and a fixed pack is usually what you wanted.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which pack it is. We reply as soon as we can, normally within a couple of days.

What happens when we refund

• The money goes back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually 5 to 10 business days.
• The pack is removed from your library and its download link stops working. Please delete your copy from your game folder.
• Updates and sales tax on that order are refunded together with the price.

What we cannot refund

• Free packs and giveaway codes, because nothing was paid.
• Orders older than 14 days, unless the pack stopped working after a game update and we are not able to fix it.
• Repeated buy-and-refund of the same pack.

If something is wrong with a payment, please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank. It is quicker for everyone.
